The Programme is available to all young adults aged between 15 and 26 who are living in the Townsville region, and they must be citizens or permanent residents of Australia. Applicants are assessed on their individual talent and applications, regardless of their personal or family’s financial standing or background, so all young people are encouraged to apply.
